The Asena Beach is located directly in the tourist centre of Olu Deniz. Guests will find links to the public transport in the immediate vicinity. Numerous shopping facilities as well as various bars, nightclubs, cafés and restaurants are located within 100 m of the hotel. The sea and sandy beach are only 150 m from the hotel.

Opened in 2005, the fully air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 129 rooms spread over 3 floors. The hotels facilities include a pool and garden area, a spacious lobby with 24-hour reception desk, hire safes, a currency exchange desk, a supermarket, various shops, a hairdresser's salon, a TV room and a car park. Dining options include 3 air-conditioned restaurants (2 are à la carte; 1 is outdoors) with non-smoking area and children's highchairs.
