This 12-storey hotel comprises 164 rooms, 2 rooms offer facilities adapted for use by disabled guests. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange, a cloakroom and 2 lifts in addition to a café, a hairdresser salon, a bar and 2 restaurants. One of the restaurants is called Portofino and offers fine Italian cuisine. Moreover, a private reception for the executive room guests, an information service and the possibility to check flights on the monitor linked with Ataturk Airport which can be found within the hotel. Room, laundry and medical service are on offer. Guests may take advantage of the health club with a gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish baths, indoor pool, a massage service and a service providing a massage rub in a Turkish bath with a bathing glove. Moreover, there is a poolside bar and sun loungers and parasols that have been laid out ready for use. There is also a beauty salon for an added fee.

Each of the rooms comes with a bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone with an answer phone function, interactive cable TV with Internet access, computer, fax and Internet access, a mini-bar, a double/king-sized bed, centrally controlled air conditioning and heating and a hire safe.

Dining at the Lares Park Deluxe: Guests may select their breakfast from an ample buffet; lunch and the evening meal may be taken à la carte or chosen from a menu. The set menus for half and full board include 1 soft drink.
