Beira Mar

The Beira Mar, Baga, Goa is only 500m to Baga Beach and popular as it is so close to the shops, street stalls, restaurants, bars and Tito’s nightclub. The 5 minute walk to the beach is often eventful with lots to see and plenty of people around to offer tips and information. The Beira Mar has two swimming pools, one of which overlooks the paddy fields to the rear from its elevated position, where many opportunists take full advantage of the view to spot the birdlife with their telescopes and binoculars. This is also the location of the Lagoon restaurant, therefore it enjoys great scenery and a peaceful setting for breakfast.

The Beira Mar Hotels rooms (up to 3 sharing) are fairly basic with a fridge, ceiling fan, en-suite SH&WC and a balcony or terrace. Air-conditioned rooms are on request, subject to availability on arrival and payable locally. All rooms are offered on a Bed and Continental Breakfast basis. Christmas and New Year festive meals are included. Although the Beira Mar is a large hotel, it’s plus points are that it’s situated in a great location and is an ideal base for enjoying everything Baga has to offer.
