The Mediterranean beach is situated in the ‘Amathus’ area of Limassol, approximately 8 km from the main tourist area but within walking distance of local bars and restaurants. This is a well-established and popular hotel and offers quality accommodation coupled with a high standard of service, in a fabulous location overlooking the beach, and features a wonderful tiered, lagoon-style swimming pool and is highly recommended.

An amazing tiered, lagoon style swimming pool with spacious sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas as well as an indoor heated pool. There’s a choice of dining at the 'Celeste' terrace restaurant, 'Aquaria' restaurant and 'Kafenion' (weather permitting) snack bar, 2 bars and a pool bar. For sports enthusiasts there are 2 tennis courts, Spa centre which consists of 3 wet rooms, 4 dry rooms (treatments), fitness centre, gymnasium, aerobic room, Jacuzzi, massage room, 2 saunas and steam bath (charges apply to all facilities at the spa except the gym and the indoor pool). Water Sports (seasonal) are available at the beach, including Wind Surfing, Padi 5* Diving School, Sailing, Speed Boat hire, Banana boat rides and Para-sailing (some activities will be on local charge). Other facilities include a hairdressing salon, souvenir shop, boutique, 5 lifts and a 24 hour reception. A multi-lingual animation team provides a varied programme of activities for both adults and children. The adult program includes fitness classes, organized games of football, water polo, French bowls, archery, and more. The children have something different to do every day from crafts, to scavenger hunts and mini Olympics. The Mini Club at the Mediterranean Beach Hotel is a supervised club for children 4-12 years old (April-October and New Year and Easter time) with a good selection of play equipment, a kids paddling pool and a full programme of activities tailored to the interests of different age.

Deluxe sea view rooms have the same facilities, can take an extra foldaway bed and have sea view. Family suites have a double or twin beds with space for two extra folding beds accommodating 2 adults and 2 children. Superior Pool Sea View have twin beds, a lounge area with sofa, tea/coffee making facilities, bath slippers and bathrobe, trouser press and sleep up to 2 adults. Luxury Studios Pool Sea View rooms are located on the 3rd floor lobby level, have a double bed and sofa bed, tea/coffee making and CD player, bath slippers and bath robe, to sleep up to 2 adults.
