This family-friendly beach club resort is located near the famous Strip of Albufeira in a peaceful area just 10 m away. Guests can find restaurants, bars, discos, shops, supermarkets, the tourist office, banks and public transport just a few steps away. The resort is located on a park and Oura Beach is just 700 m away. Other points of interest may include Marina Albufeira and the Aquashow, which are located around 5 km from the resort. The Vilanova Resort, renovated in 2008, is one of the longest established in the Algarve.

Vilanova Resort Facilities

The resort has 61 villas and 165 apartments, which are situated around vast mature gardens and one of the largest swimming pools in the Algarve, covering an area of 9 hectares all together. The air-conditioned resort features a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, cloakroom, lift access and a newspaper stand. A hairdressing salon is available for guests' convenience and a games room, TV lounge, café and bar are on offer for entertainment. There is WLAN Internet access and laundry service both for an additional fee and a car park for those arriving by car. In the Casablanca Bar, guests will find live music and ballroom dancing on specific days and several other entertainment activities. The resort offers a huge outdoor swimming pool for adults, as well as a children's swimming area, sun loungers and parasols. Guests may enjoy playing football, tennis, snooker (for a fee), badminton and several electronic games. The Snack Bar offers light lunches and various snacks throughout the day next to the swimming pool (for a fee). Golfers can visit the course located around 7 km from the resort. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the beach for an additional fee.

All villas and apartments enjoy a private terrace overlooking the garden or swimming pool and are fully equipped with kitchenette including microwave, oven, fridge, electric kettle and toaster.
