The Oceanus is a friendly apartment hotel is located in the tourist area of Olhos d'Água, only 500 metres from the nearest beach. A good selection of restaurants, bars and local shops are all within walking distance. Just 3 km from lively Oura, 5 km from main town Albufeira and 30 km from Faro International Airport. Public buses and taxi rank are just 50 metres from the complex.

The hotel offers a total of 61 comfortable apartments ranging from studio to one bedroom apartments spread over 4 floors. This hotel has a pleasant lobby with a 24-hour reception, Internet access, 2 lifts, a pleasant evening bar, a games room, a roof terrace and restaurant in the adjacent building. Parking facilities are also available. The hotel has a separate adult and children's outdoor swimming pools with sun loungers, parasols and a snack bar (open in the summer months). It also offers an indoor swimming pool (heated from December until March), sun beds, a games room and an evening bar which sometimes offers entertainment in the summer. The nearest golf course is just 2 km away. There are two beaches in the area, one pebble and one sandy. Sun loungers and parasols are also available (fees apply). The hotel restaurant is located in a separate detached complex and offers guests an à la carte menu, or for those staying bed and breakfast, a continental breakfast and half-board from a set menu. During the summer months the snack bar provides a menu with a wide range of snacks and has a take-away service.
