The Marins Playa is an appealing apartment complex located just 100m from the beach at the border between the resorts of Cala Millor and Cala Bona. It is 300m to Cala Bona's sandy beach. The harbour with its scores of restaurants is less than a kilometre away. Cala Millor's sandy beach and centre with its abundance of shops and other entertainment options is 400m away.

The property consists of 4 storeys and a total of 216 are apartments. The facilities include a large, peaceful garden and pool area, a stylish lobby with lifts and a reception that is open to guests around the clock. There is also a TV room, a supermarket, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. There is also an Internet terminal available for guests' use. Guests may also take advantage of the laundry service. The complex offers bicycle hire as well as a children's play area. There is a pool in the garden with a separate children's pool, a snack bar, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
